Gahment may not be right all the time BUT IT BEATS HAVING THESE SHALLOW ANTI-SUPPORTERS running the country!
Let me list out what I meant by shallow.
1. TP came out with more fines for traffic offenders.
shallow-fellows will say -> see! that is how gahment suck our money.
Do i need to explain anymore?
You mean if you break traffic rules, it is the gahment's fault that you got penalized? And because of that, you think by offering your vote to the opposition party, they will WAIVE THAT FINE FOR YOU or thinks that it is fine that you broke a traffic law?
And if TP doesn't take action, shallow-fellows will say "gahment put citizen's life at risk. Is this how they treat us? vote wisely."... *twitch brow, foams in mouth* .. You just cannot beat them.
p.s somehow, civil servants (includes police, medical sector, army and the likes) are all under the gahment-supporters. i don't know why.
2. Gahment swallow our CPF monies.
This is the most mentioned about complain.
Me too infact. And every year the minimum sum increases. Will we ever be able to utilize all those money? It is hard earned. Gahment didn't give it to us. We worked for it!
I hear ya.
But think about it. Really.
If gahment release all that monies, would you still have any left to grow old with? To a certain extend, they are safe keeping it for us. And use it when we need.
You may argue "it is my money. how i spend it, is my prerogative." Sure thing.
But don't come back begging for assistance when you happened to squander it all over one weekend at the casino.
And when gahment doesn't help, you will have something else to say.
i.e our gahment don't help the poor.
And if we die, the money goes to our descendants. Not gahment.
bah.
3. The Casino
It is also the gahment's fault that our people become gamblers and lost their live savings to the casino.
Tell me. How does that make any logic sense to you?
4. Minister's Pay
How does it affect you? You think it is an easy job?
Look at the amount of bashing they get everyday whether they did it right or not.
I bet their insurance premium is the highest.
Next time, study harder. So that YOU can sit in their, i quote from you guys "comfortable air-conditioned office." and make the difference in the lives of our people, okay?
For now, suck it up and deal with it.
Don't just keep barking senseless bashing. Have a alittle more substance.
Some of the opposition parties are up the mark. They really do care for the citizens.
They deserve recognition and their ideas heard. These i have to give credit.
But sadly, most are just making senseless accusations.
Are these the people you want to run your country? Certainly not me.
