2015 forward

Good grief!
I wanted to blog on the 31st of 2014 but guess what? Yours truly had a mental block. Couldn't recall the email address that was used to register for blogger.

Thank goodness I managed to save it somewhere in the PC at my office. Ahbo I ish jin cham.

Anyways..

All I wanted to say is. KNN. Exercising (running/cardio) doesn't make me lose any weight.
It made my face bloated and thighs bigger. Somehow.

Took a random picture with a girlfriend yesterday and realized I looked like a whale next to her.
WHY LIDDAT 2015?!
Liddis exercise very demoralizing you know?!?!!!!

I've stop putting myself on the scales and use my clothes to gauge my weight instead. (lesser nightmare I tell you. Apparently muscles weigh more than fats.)
My clothes apparently still managed to fit fine after my constant competitive nature to keep on running like a hamster on the treadmill.
(Oh, btw my constant need to keep exercising is not because I'm health conscious. I've kick the ciggy habit. Without ciggy, I'm constantly eating.
Eating to keep the urge of puffing at bay. Thus, I need to burn the excess away. Heh. Eh, rhymes right?!) 

But WHY PHOTO EFFECT SO JIALATS?!?! FML you know????

Sigh.
On a happier note, let's hope 2015 brings us more love, more money, better health, more luck, lesser hate and lesser disaster.
